Airsoft Gun Sales Policy

1. Eligibility to Purchase

• Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase any airsoft guns.

• To purchase a Realistic Imitation Firearm (RIF), you must have a valid legal defence under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, such as:

  • UKARA membership

  • Valid site membership (airsoft skirmishing)

  • Film, TV, or theatrical use

  • Re-enactment or museum use

• Proof of age and legal defence must be provided at point of sale — both online and in-store.

2. Two-Tone Airsoft Guns (Imitation Firearms)

• Do not require a VCRA defence, but buyers must still be 18+.

• Acceptable proof includes passport, driving licence, or verified digital ID.

• Two-tone guns must retain brightly coloured parts and cannot be converted to RIFs without legal defence.

3. Compliance with the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006

• All sales are verified, recorded, and stored to ensure compliance.

• We reserve the right to refuse any sale if proper documentation or defence is not provided.

• We do not sell airsoft guns in full parts or modular kits intended to bypass VCRA rules.

4. UK Consumer Law Compliance

• All sales are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• Products will be:

  • As described

  • Fit for purpose

  • Of satisfactory quality

• This policy applies to all airsoft guns, accessories, and related gear sold in-store or online.

Returns & Refunds Policy

For Guns’ Sake – Hassle-Free Peace of Mind

1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

• Between 30 days and 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement first. If that fails, a refund will be issued.

2. Change of Mind (Online Sales Only)

• You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it (under UK distance selling rules).

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original, undamaged packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Exclusions

• No refunds on:

  • Used, modified, or damaged goods (not due to fault)

  • Custom-built or pre-upgraded airsoft guns

  • Returns made without proof of purchase

• In-store purchases are not covered under the 14-day online return rule, but we may offer exchange or credit at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued within 7 working days of inspecting returned goods.

• All refunds go to the original payment method.

Used & Second-Hand Airsoft Guns Policy

1. Condition & Description

• All used guns are fully tested, cleaned, and assessed before sale.

• We include notes on:

  • Performance

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Any known faults or modifications

2. Warranty

• Used airsoft guns come with a 30-day functional warranty unless stated otherwise.

• If the gun develops a fault not caused by misuse, we’ll:

  • Repair it

  • Or issue a refund

3. Sold As Seen (In-Store Only)

• In-store purchases of used guns may be sold as seen at a discounted rate.

• These items will be clearly labelled and are non-returnable unless faulty.

4. Exclusions

• Used guns do not qualify for the 14-day online return policy unless faulty.

• No refunds or exchanges on:

  • Guns damaged by user error

  • Items that have been tampered with post-sale

  • Sales without proof of purchase
